Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Holiday Home Manager to oversee the operations of our luxurious holiday property. As the Holiday Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, consistently clean, and attractive to potential guests. Your role will involve a variety of tasks including cleaning management, online booking administration, advertising, professional photoshooting, and overall promotion of the holiday home. Responsibilities: Cleaning Management:Coordinate and supervise cleaning staff to ensure the property is impeccably cleaned and well-maintained before and after guests\' stays.
Implement cleaning schedules, standards, and quality control measures to meet guests\' expectations. Online Booking Management:Handle online bookings, reservations, and guest inquiries through various platforms.
Ensure accurate availability calendars, timely responses to inquiries, and seamless communication with guests. Advertisements and Marketing:Create compelling property listings with detailed descriptions, high-quality photos, and attractive pricing to entice potential guests.
Manage online advertisements on vacation rental websites and social media platforms to maximize property visibility. Photoshooting:Organize professional photoshoots of the holiday home to showcase its features and amenities.
Edit and curate photos to create visually appealing online galleries and promotional materials. Promotion and Guest Experience:Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract guests during peak and off-peak seasons.
Collect guest feedback and reviews, addressing any concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Coordinate special services or amenities for guests to enhance their overall holiday experience. Property Maintenance:Oversee regular maintenance tasks, repairs, and renovations to keep the property in top condition.
Manage relationships with vendors and contractors for necessary repairs and improvements. Requirements:
  • Proven experience in holiday home management, hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in online booking platforms and property management software.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
