Responsibilities: - Deliver courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the field of History, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills among students. - Engage in impactful and innovative research, contributing to the scholarly activities of the department and publishing in reputable journals. - Provide guidance and mentorship to students, supporting their academic and professional development. - Contribute to the development and enhancement of history programs, staying informed about emerging trends in the field. - Actively participate in departmental and institutional committees, as well as contribute to community and professional service.
Job Profile
Qualifications: - A Ph.D. in History or a related field. - Strong peer reviewed publication record - Teaching experience at tertiary level - Familiar with Educational technologies used in higher education sector - Willingness to work with teams - Awareness of working with people from diverse backgrounds - Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience: - 3 to 15 years of academic teaching in a reputable institution.
