Job Summary

Aman Taxi L.L.C is looking for reliable, customer-oriented Taxi Drivers to join our team. The successful candidates will provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation services while delivering outstanding customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Transport passengers safely to their destinations in compliance with traffic laws and company policies. Keep the assigned taxi clean, well-maintained, and fully functional. Operate the taxi meter accurately and handle fare collection properly. Use GPS or other navigation tools to determine the most efficient routes. Assist passengers with luggage when needed. Follow all legal driving, safety, and regulatory requirements. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns courteously. Promptly report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

Valid UAE driving license authorized for taxi driving. 1-2 years of driving experience (taxi experience preferred). Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic laws. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Basic English proficiency; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Key Requirements

Clean driving record. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Physically capable of assisting with luggage and performing routine vehicle checks. Must pass background screening and medical examinations as required by the RTA or relevant authorities.
