high-performing Sales Executives (B2C)
from India.
This is an
inbound sales role
for candidates with
telecalling experience
who are
results-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about selling
. Only candidates with a
proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound inquiries
from prospective students and parents via
calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins
.
Present and promote Leaders Training Centre's
courses and training programs
convincingly to maximize enrolments.
Provide
personalized course counseling
to help students choose the right programs.
Convert leads into confirmed enrolments
and consistently meet or exceed
monthly sales and revenue targets
.
Maintain a
high-performing sales pipeline
and follow up diligently on all leads.
Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and other initiatives to drive enrolments.
Maintain accurate records of all leads, sales, and conversions.
Build long-term relationships with students and parents to drive
referrals and repeat business
.
Who Should Apply
Experience:
2-3 years in
B2C inbound sales or telecalling
with a
proven track record of consistently achieving targets
.
Sales Achievement:
Candidates
must demonstrate prior sales targets achieved
.
Language:
Excellent
English communication
skills with a neutral or clear accent.
Skills:
Strong
negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
.
Personality:
Highly
self-motivated, confident, competitive, and target-driven
.
Other:
Strong

Pay: Up to QAR70,000.00 per month
