Job Description

Experience required - minimum 10 years experience in leadership position in plant engineering and maintenance in chemical manufacturing or chemical processing plant.
Beneficial if experience is in polymer resins manufacturing or paints manufacturing industry.
Education- B.Tech - chemical engineering or similar field.
Job role-

  • In-charge of complete plant maintenance and engineering projects.
  • Lead team of engineers , supervisors and technicians.
  • Plan and execute engineering projects - upgradation of existing plant and new expansion projects.
  • Spares management and planning.
  • New engineering and maintenance vendor development.
  • Reduce plant related costs by introducing new technology and upgrade equipment.
