. The role involves providing high-level administrative and coordination support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD
Coordinate with internal teams, agents, and external stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
Maintain confidential records and documents
Assist in follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking
Support real estate-related documentation and coordination
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the MD
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Real estate industry experience is mandatory
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
