Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Centre Head/Manager to lead our nursery in JLT, Dubai. The role requires strong leadership to manage daily operations, ensure compliance with KHDA/MOE regulations, deliver high standards of early years education (EYFS/Montessori/Reggio), and foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The Centre Head will also be responsible for staff recruitment and training, enrolment growth, financial oversight, and building strong relationships with parents and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of nursery operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management. Oversee curriculum planning and delivery in line with international standards. Ensure compliance with KHDA, MOE, and Dubai Municipality guidelines. Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and support staff. Drive enrolments through effective marketing, open days, and parent engagement. Maintain high standards of health, safety, safeguarding, and child protection. Manage budgets, fee collection, and resource allocation. Act as the primary contact for parents, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's in Early Childhood Education/Education Leadership (KHDA/MOE approved).

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in early years, with 2-3 years in a leadership role in UAE/GCC

. Strong knowledge of EYFS/Montessori/Reggio frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

CACHE Level 5 or equivalent qualification mandatory.
