Job Description
Technical Manager
Education:- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Certification like CFM, IWFM or similar would be advantageous .
10 to 15 years' experience in the field of facilities operations and maintenance management of hard services. (Must have experience in amusement parks, entertainment industry, etc)
Technical Skills :-
Good knowledge of technical items
Familiarity with Hard FM standards, accounting principles, inventory systems, CMMS
Management Skills
? Experienced in managing and leading teams of diverse cultural backgrounds
? Conflict Resolution
Technology Skills :-
Well versed with basic computer systems, CMMS, AutoCADLanguage Skills:-
English languages proficiency.Must have Valid Qatar id and able to join immediate
