Job Description

Technician



6months Sponsorship after successful probation



Marine Experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities



Perform general technical works on boats/yachts, including repairs, adjustments, and installations.

Assist in carpentry, mechanical, and electrical tasks under supervisor's direction.

Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections of marine equipment.

Troubleshoot and report technical issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in proper condition.

Follow company SOPs and ensure work is completed within assigned timelines.

Support the operations team in project delivery and on-site service calls.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and report hazards immediately.

Record time, materials, and work completed for reporting purposes.

Qualifications & Skills



Technical diploma or vocational training (mechanical, marine, or related field).

1-3 years of experience as a technician (marine or related industry preferred).

Basic knowledge of carpentry, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions.

Team player with willingness to assist in various technical areas.

Physically fit and able to work onboard vessels in different conditions.
