ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related trade.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in civil construction or building maintenance.
Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
Ability to use tools like spirit levels, total stations, measuring tapes, etc.
Familiarity with concrete mixes, formwork types, and basic steel fixing.
Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor/site conditions.
Understanding of workplace safety and PPE usage.
