Manager - Corporate Quality & QHSSE

A. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited University

Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred

ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditor

ISO 9001 Foundation / Internal Auditor

B. Experience

10+ years' demonstrable experience with regional / multi-national engineering firm in a quality / HSSE function.

Experience in a quality / HSSE function in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry is an advantage.

Experience with development and enforcement of quality and HSSE policies, procedures and tools across large organizations.

Experience with leading the quality / HSSE audit activities at large organizations.

Experience with leading quality HSSE training programs at large organizations.

Experience with conducting quality assurance and quality control activities on engineering design deliverables is an advantage

C. General

Knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry

Knowledge of quality and HSSE certification, compliance requirements and audit programs

Understanding of local quality and HSSE regulations in the Gulf Region is an advantage

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills

Good organizational skills

Strong analytical capabilities

Good interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to elicit cooperation from a variety of stakeholders, including senior management

Proficiency in spoken and written English;

Arabic is an advantage
