Deliver engaging and effective guitar lessons (Acoustic & Classical) to students aged 5 and above
Prepare students for graded international music exams
Customize teaching methods to suit individual student needs and abilities
Encourage musical growth through performance, technique, and theory
Maintain progress records and provide regular feedback to students and parents
Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in music school events
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in Music, with a focus on Guitar Performance or Music Education (Guitar Major) from a recognized university
Proven
proficiency in teaching Acoustic Guitar
, with additional ability to teach
Electronic Guitar
or related instruments being a plus
Minimum of
3 years' teaching experience
with children and adults (ages 5+)
Excellent
English communication skills
(spoken and written)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity to work with students from diverse backgrounds
Initiative-taking, organized, and passionate about student growth
Preferred Qualifications
Certification or experience in preparing students for ABRSM, Trinity, or other international music exams
Experience with group classes and ensemble coaching
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online music education platforms
