Job Description
Foreman - Instrumentation (Pump Station)
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or ITI in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical Engineering. Minimum [3+] years of experience in instrumentation works, with at least a supervisory/foreman capacity. Familiar with installation and commissioning of instruments in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial environments. Experience with DCS/PLC systems, field instruments, and control systems.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation systems Leadership and team coordination skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Troubleshooting and fault-finding capabilities Safety-conscious work practices Basic computer literacy (MS Office, documentation tools)
Working Conditions:
Site-based work, including outdoor and plant environments May involve working in confined spaces or hazardous areas PPE and safety compliance is mandatory Shift work, weekends, or overtime may be required based on project demands
