Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
OEM Certification in HVAC, Elevators, or Laundry/Kitchen Equipment (preferred multiple certifications).
Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in healthcare electromechanical systems.
Strong knowledge of infection control standards, healthcare facility compliance, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and communication skills.
Key Competencies:
Technical expertise with hospital-grade HVAC, elevators, and laundry/kitchen systems.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a hospital environment.
