Electrician

6 months Sponsorship after successful probation

Marine Experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems on boats/yachts (lighting, navigation systems, wiring, control panels).

Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment to minimize downtime.

Diagnose electrical faults and carry out corrective repairs promptly.

Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and safety equipment while on duty.

Work closely with the maintenance team (technicians, carpenters, supervisor) to deliver projects on time.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours spent.

Support procurement requests by identifying required parts and reporting shortages.

Ensure compliance with marine safety standards, Qatar regulations, and company SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or vocational certification in Electrical or Marine Technology.

2-4 years of experience as an electrician (marine industry experience preferred).

Strong technical knowledge of AC/DC systems, wiring, switches, and marine electrical panels.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces onboard vessels.

Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Monthly Salary (as per company grading).
