Maintain high data accuracy in ATS and generate insightful recruitment reports.
Ensure timely closures and strong employer branding throughout the process.
Requirements:
5+ years
of experience in high-volume recruitment roles.
Experience handling
50+ hires/month
in large organizations.
Proficiency in using
ATS platforms

Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Must be
currently based in Dubai

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in setting up or scaling hiring processes.
Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
Familiarity with recruitment automation tools.
