Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Leasing Agent

to manage the leasing of residential and commercial properties. The role involves sourcing and listing properties, conducting viewings, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring a smooth leasing and move-in process while meeting assigned targets and upholding the company's professional standards.

Major Accountabilities

Achievement of monthly and quarterly value and volume targets as per the company policies. Working with ethics, integrity and honesty, including following the company's policies and procedures including reporting systems as required. Always upholding and enhancing the company's image and brand value.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing value and volume targets in line with company policies. Prospect for new residential and commercial properties and manage property listings. Create and publish attractive property advertisements across online portals and social media platforms. Conduct property viewings and professionally handle client inquiries. Review rental applications and coordinate background checks where required. Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with landlords and tenants. Prepare lease agreements and ensure proper coordination and signing by all parties. Ensure a smooth move-in process for new tenants. Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and clients. Resolve leasing-related issues and conflicts professionally. Provide regular leasing, vacancy, and occupancy reports to management. Uphold the company's ethics, integrity, policies, procedures, and brand image at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

as a Leasing Agent or Broker in a real estate company. (preferred)

At least 3 years of Outdoor Sales experience in the GCC (mandatory)

Qatar Driving License

.
