Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of home care insurance approvals and renewals.
Coordinate with insurance companies for patient eligibility, approvals, and billing.
Maintain accurate records of approvals, rejections, and claim submissions.
Ensure compliance with insurance policies and DHA/DOH regulations.
Liaise with clients and clinical staff for documentation and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a
home care or healthcare insurance department
.
Strong knowledge of UAE medical insurance procedures and portals (e.g., DHA, HAAD).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple cases efficiently.
