Job Description

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented

HVAC Draughtsman

to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

HVAC drafting, load calculations, and material costing

related to air- conditioning installation and maintenance projects, including

VRF, chiller, and split AC systems

.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings

for HVAC systems.

Develop and update

Single Line Diagrams (SLD)

and

Double Line Diagrams (DLD)

.

Prepare HVAC layouts for

VRF systems, chillers, split units, ducting, piping, and equipment placement

.

Perform

cooling and heating load calculations

using approved methods/software (HAP or equivalent).

Assist in

material take-offs and costing

, including estimation of ducts, piping, insulation, equipment, and accessories.

Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and consultants for drawing approvals and revisions.

Update drawings based on

consultant comments, site conditions, and authority requirements

.

Maintain proper

drawing registers and documentation control

for all projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical discipline.

Minimum

2-5 years of UAE experience

as an HVAC Draughtsman.

Strong knowledge of

HVAC systems

, including VRF, chiller plants, split ACs, and ventilation systems.

Ability to carry out

load calculations and basic HVAC system sizing

.

Experience in

material quantity take-off and costing

for HVAC works.

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory); Revit knowledge is an advantage.

Good understanding of

UAE authority standards and consultant requirements



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
