Key Responsibilities:

Inspecting facilities and equipment regularly to identify and report issues requiring repair. Performing routine and light repairs on appliances, furniture, doors, windows, and other building fixtures. Minor plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, or installing new taps, sinks, and toilets. Basic electrical work, including replacing light bulbs, installing fixtures, and minor socket repairs. Carpentry tasks, such as building or repairing cabinets and shelves, fixing door frames, and general woodwork. HVAC support, which involves basic maintenance like replacing filters or assisting licensed technicians with more complex repairs. Cleaning exterior surfaces, such as windows, gutters, pavement, and parking lots. Performing emergency tasks as needed, such as shovelling snow or addressing urgent property damage Managing inventory of repair supplies and equipment. Assisting and coordinating with external contractors or specialists for major projects. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
Skill and Qualification:

2-3 yrs working experience in same industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Minor repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, running toilets, and installing new taps, sinks, or appliances. Basic electrical tasks, including replacing light bulbs and fixtures, switches, outlets, and troubleshooting minor electrical problems, while adhering to safety protocols. General woodworking skills such as building and repairing shelves, cabinets, doors, and furniture, as well as minor construction projects like deck repair or framing. Preparing surfaces, painting walls and ceilings, touching up scuffed areas, and repairing or installing drywall/plasterboard. Performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance on machinery and appliances, and possessing basic knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Experience in installing or repairing various types of flooring (laminate, hardwood, tile) and tiling walls or surrounds. The ability to safely and effectively use a wide variety of hand tools and power tools without supervision. Depending on the role, skills could also include basic landscaping, bricklaying, roof/gutter maintenance, or even basic welding. The ability to diagnose issues, think critically, and find effective, often creative, solutions to unexpected complications. Precision is key to ensuring high-quality work and preventing mistakes. A professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients or team members. The flexibility to adapt to new and changing work environments and challenges. While not always mandatory for all tasks, specific certifications in a trade (like basic electrical or plumbing)
