: - Sales Manager \xc3\x98 Supporting and helping build successful agents \xc3\x98 Generating client leads to buy & sell a property (OFF PLANS) \xc3\x98 Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales \xc3\x98 Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers \xc3\x98 Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning \xc3\x98 Showing properties to potential buyers. \xc3\x98 Preparing loyalty contracts, purchasing agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction \xc3\x98 Working on sales scripts with agents \xc3\x98 Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships \xc3\x98 Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting \xc3\x98 Staying informed on real estate industry \xc3\x98 Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets.
