We are hiring for the position of "Project Coordinator"/"Camp Boss" for GCC Country.

Roles and Responsibilities Onboarding process Mobilisation Induction Client & Labour management Labour Grievances Timesheet Payroll Documentation Administration Handle Blue Collar / Labour Category candidates deployed at client side by Soundlines Resolve candidate grievances Issuing Offer Letter and siging of contract at the time of deployment Coordinate with Client for monthly timesheet and verify End to End Support to the deployed candidate at client side

Desired Candidate Profile Education Qualification - Any Graduate Min 2-3 Years of work experience as Coordinator for Recruitment company Gulf Experience mandatory Experience - Candidates must have experience in HR & Administration/ Payroll/Handling labours. Good communication skills ( English & Hindi ) and Good in Excel, candidate must have 04 wheeler Indian driving license. Knows to drive a car, candidate with GCC Driving License is added advantage
