We are currently recruiting for Job Evaluator for our prestigious client based in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements:
With a background in job evaluation, JD development and preferred exposure to the Willis Towers Watson Grading and job evaluation methodology, the ideal candidate will connect and engage key incumbents in each unique job role to evaluate, develop standardized JDs, align to WTW grades and advise, working closely with the rewards leads. The candidate must be able to understand complexities of each role and translate accordingly.
