We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Employee Supervisor to manage and supervise employees working in factories and company accommodations. The supervisor will act as a link between workers, factory management, and the company, ensuring smooth operations, discipline, and compliance with factory and accommodation rules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise employees at factory sites and company accommodations.
Ensure employees follow factory instructions, safety rules, and work schedules.
Coordinate daily with plant supervisors and factory management.
Handle and resolve employee-related issues at the factory and accommodation.
Monitor employee behavior and ensure proper conduct with supervisors, coworkers, and others.
Ensure accommodation rules, cleanliness, and discipline are maintained.
Report attendance, performance issues, and any misconduct to management.
Support smooth communication between employees and the company.
Requirements:
Freshers can apply.
Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
English communication skills are an advantage.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage people and handle workplace issues calmly.
Willingness to travel between factory sites and accommodations.
Preferred Qualities:
Responsible and disciplined attitude.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Understanding of factory working environments is an added advantage.
