Oversee and manage the day-to-day food preparation, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering, and supervision of kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Monitor food costs, wastage, and portion control to maximize profitability while maintaining high culinary standards.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in Continental and Thai cooking techniques, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborate with the F&B team to create special menus for events and promotions, ensuring a diverse and appealing culinary offering.
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and any other relevant legal requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience specializing in Continental or Thai cuisine.
In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and presentation styles for both Continental or Thai dishes.
Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
