Our team of mortgage advisors will deliver unbiased advice to customers seeking home financing solutions for their purchase and refinance. They will go through an extensive training program and learn about mortgage products, real estate transaction flow as well as our operational systems and processes. Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Advise clients on the right mortgage product for their home buying or refinance
\xe2\x97\x8f Support clients through the loan process from application to closing
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with external real estate agents and build a portfolio of real estate referral channel partners.
\xe2\x97\x8f Prospect new business by connecting and networking with potential lead suppliers and partners like developers, real estate agencies, relocation companies and investment firms. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Good level of written and verbal communication skills in Chinese is a must \xe2\x97\x8f Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets \xe2\x97\x8f 2+ years experience in sales or business development in a direct to consumer role \xe2\x97\x8f General understanding of the real estate and financial services industry in the UAE \xe2\x97\x8f Multilingual candidates are always preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
