Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales Consultant to join our team in Dubai to assist with the sales of off-plan projects and ready projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for showcasing properties to potential clients, handling negotiations, and closing sales. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a proven track record of sales success in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Showcase properties to potential clients and provide them with the necessary information to make informed decisions Follow up on leads and inquiries and convert them into sales Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide them with exceptional customer service Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends and developments Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

Sales experience in any industry, with a proven track record of sales success Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Knowledge of properties in Dubai is a plus Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle is a must
