WHAT'S THE ROLE?
We're looking for a proactive Hilti Store Representative to join our sales team in Dubai. You will have a passion for sales and you'll develop broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue to offer outstanding service to our customers.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
As a Hilti Store representative, you'll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from small customers, traders to large construction projects. It's a busy, hands-on role, where you'll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. Between serving customers, you'll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, and managing cash and inventories.
Hilti stands for quality, innovation and direct customer relationships resulting in about 250,000 customer contacts each day.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
Bachelor's in engineering or an MBA is preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in either retail or outdoor sales in a similar industry System Expertise; using systems such as SAP and CRM. Fluency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written) An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset with a team oriented, self-driven attitude A proven track-record as a top-performer who consistently meets and exceeds goals A willingness to work in a sales-driven environment Customer activation with focus and passion for results Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different level stakeholders and various function groups. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai
