Overview:
As a
HiL Test Engineer
, you will be responsible for conductingHardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing
forBattery Management Systems (BMS)
to ensure their functionality, safety, and compliance with system requirements. You will analyze requirements, develop detailedtest specifications
, and execute test cases usingHiL platforms
and specialized tools.Responsibilities:
Perform Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing for Battery Management Systems (BMS) Analyze system requirements to ensure test coverage and alignment with specifications Develop detailed test specifications based on functional and safety requirements Execute test cases using HiL platforms and relevant tools Identify, document, and report defects found during testing Retest resolved defects to verify fixes and ensure system stability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test processes and automation

Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering Fluent German (is a MUST) and English. General automotive knowledge Electric powertrain Battery Management System, High-Voltage Battery HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) test bench Component testing (including requirements, specifications, test execution, evaluation, automation)
Essential skills:
