High-End Business Development Assistant \xe2\x80\x93 Internship
Working within the Watches & Fine Jewellery Department, your mission will be to provide an operational support to the High-End Business Manager in the implementation of the marketing plan.
Events Coordination
- Support the Team in timely implementation of calendar
- Provide full support in planning & executing events: Global Events, Regional Events and boutique animations
- Responsible for permits follow-up, quotations requests, suppliers confirmation & coordination, other teams coordination & follow-up, assets briefing, event book, tools updates, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
- Follow-up on Budget and invoicing
- Monitor the ROI for each event
- Provide support on feedbacks & event reports
Client Treatment
- Support High-End Manager & retail team by developing relevant experiences for clients
- Coordinate with retail teams gifts and actions to clients
- Follow-up gifting inventory & client treatment tracking file
Stock & Product Assortment follow-up
- Provide product knowledge and sales tools to support High-end ambassador, WFJ advisors and Fashion Advisors
- Help to assortment definition for events, animations, routing, windows, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
- Be the main contact of Europe for transfers, pieces requests, stock wishlist, etc\xe2\x80\xa6 & support of retail team and stock coordinator for shipments, stock and pieces requests
- Update stock follow-up tools for a better tracking of model stock & pieces requests
- Communicate to retail team new pieces in stock
- Follow-up certificates and aftersales topics
High-End Awareness & Market Intelligence
- High-End Newsletter
- Competition monitoring and reporting on Events and clienteling \xe2\x80\x93 Identify the best practices
The person will support the team will be involved in other transversal projects.
You have a first successful experience in Retail/Marketing/Events and have a strong interest for Watches & Fine Jewellery activity. Your interpersonal and communication skills in addition with your ability to multitask and attention to details will be a real asset to succeed in this position. You are pro-active and dynamic with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d mindset.
English mandatory, Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.
Internship based in Dubai \xe2\x80\x93 6 months \xe2\x80\x93 Starting May/June 2023
