HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Are you passionate about High End (HE) client experience and Fine Jewelry? Do you have a genuine interest in delving into the variety of projects that the Dubai-based HE team has to offer?
As a High End Client Experience Coordinator, you will assist the department in ensuring that projects are successfully led and that Sales Associates are well-equipped to provide exceptional service
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
In this role, you will act as a key support for the High End team, assisting in the coordination of training, events, and feedback consolidation. You will support the team in animating the High End mindset and ensuring VIP experiences are seamless, as well as contributing to special projects. This position is special because it offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the client experience and contribute to the growth of the High End business.
Your main responsibilities include:
Infuse High End Mindset

• Ensure each SA has an active account and request access from HQ if needed.
• Coordinate individual SA trainings, including creating requests, wishlists, and viewing documents, and applying filters.
• Create Product Catalogues on demand for SAs.
• Coordinate digital viewings.
• Participate in monthly collective trainings (Q&A, new collections, event assortment updates).
• Animate the Whatsapp Group with SAs by regularly sharing HE news, articles, and newsletters.
• Communicate FJ recurring novelties to markets and SAs.

Events & VIP Experience

• Consolidate travel dates for office team members (HE, commercial, etc.) with Shaila and Nastya and follow up on staff hotel bookings.
• Create Cheat Sheets & product mappings for events.
• Follow up on deadlines related to event news communication.
• Coordinate recurring VIP treatments in collaboration with the VIP team.

Feedback Consolidation & Special Projects

• Consolidate surveys and market wishlists.
• Gather information on competitors.
• Assist in the organization of the High End seminar, including participants, agenda, location, and experiences.
