Permanent position
Positioned in our WFJ boutique Dubai Mall, the High-End Ambassador will be responsible for the High-End Business Development in the Middle East, driving sales, client development and maximizing business opportunities with a commercial focus on High Jewelry and high value time pieces.
The main focus of this role is to collaborate with the High-End Business Lead and Boutique Managers not only to reach the HJ goals (KPIs and qualitative objectives) but also to broaden the High-End Business sales within the retail sales teams.
The High-End Ambassador will be expected to personally contribute to the sales objectives of High-End Business via own client portfolio and networking.
Your main responsibilities are:
Client Relationship Building and Profile Management:
Assist in the definition and implementation of High-End client action plans by boutiques & sales advisors to achieve business objectives
Develop the High-End Clients\xe2\x80\x99 Pyramid portfolio via defined monthly, quarterly and yearly objectives for retail sales team and ME boutiques
Identify additional recruitment opportunities & support retail teams to seek new high-net-worth individuals

Client Experience and Operations:
Elevate the experience inside our Boutiques, share feedbacks and set up new services
Assist in preparation of local, international events & key client presentations such as agenda, specific treatments, and organizing other made to measure details ensuring client satisfaction and commercial success
Prepare, set up and implement product presentations and submissions for the clients in collaboration with the sales advisors
Assist with client appointments and act as an active sales consultant to identify customer\xc2\xb4s needs, to broaden the selection of items, to help closing the sale and presentation follow-up; Give regular feedbacks to High-End Business Lead on boutiques\xe2\x80\x99 needs, wishes, initiatives, stock alerts or specific requests
Managing all HJ product consignment requests from BTQ staff, liaising with High-End Business Lead, and monitoring the progress of requests
Development of local HJ sales talents:
Develop the number of Sales Associate selling HJ in the Middle East region
Support Retail team to transmit and share expertise on selling HJ skills in collaboration with WFJ Trainer
Plan and set up HJ preparation meetings along with WFJ Trainer before each event or major opportunities
Collaborate with High-End Business Lead & WFJ trainer in order to develop sales talents through global programs follow-up and local action implementation
Facilitate sharing of best practices and animate with High-End topics the Retail Team community, as well as sales rewards
You have 7 to 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the luxury industry, preferably with a sales and managerial background. You have existing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and VIPs in the GCC market. Excellent spoken and written English skills are a must, Arabic and French Language skills are an advantage.
