Hexagon/Comissioning admin will prepare Commissioning Database. He will have administration rights to modify / add HEXAGON / ICAPS database. He shall update Sub-System and System Lists, ITR's, MC Dossiers, RFC Dossiers, RFCC Dossiers, Certificates. He shall update punch Lists in COMMISSIONING DATABASE
The major responsibilities include:
Develop the hexagon Completions and Turnover Execution Plan. Develop the turnover information flow and associated procedures. Initial setup and implementation of hexagon as per approved procedure. Interface with the discipline engineers and completions team to define the Data requirements for the Completions Database. Setup, Maintenance and Management of the System Completions Database which shall typically include: Load engineering data, Engineering data verification against IFC and new revision drawings Loading of ITR, Preservation and Maintenance Program setup, Status and Progress Reports Manage the recording and reconciliation of punch list items. Send Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports
Qualification:
Degree / Diploma Engineer Minimum 7-10 Years in Database Administration for Hexagon / ICAPS / Any Commissioning Database. Preferred Hexagon Admin Offshore Certifications Required Location: Office, offshore as per mobilization plans
