Key Accountabilities:


Role purpose : The primary role for Heritage Assessment Coordinator is to oversee and manage heritage assessments, ensuring the preservation and documentation of cultural and historical elements. And collaborate with experts, conduct site evaluations, and contribute to the development of conservation strategies.

Duties and responsibilities

Coordinate and conduct heritage assessments for cultural sites and buildings. Develop and implement preservation plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and ethical standards in heritage conservation. Manage documentation and archival processes for historical materials. Provide expertise and guidance on heritage-related matters to internal and external teams. Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential roadblocks and proposing solutions to keep the project on track. Identify potential risks that could impact project success and work with the project team to develop risk mitigation strategies. Facilitate clear and effective communication among project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements. Issue Resolution: Actively participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts, addressing issues that arise during the project lifecycle promptly. Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and methodologies, sharing lessons learned and best practices with the team. Qualifications/Requirements:In-depth knowledge of heritage conservation principles and practices. Strong project management skills to oversee assessments from initiation to completion. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in archival and documentation techniques. Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks in heritage preservation Bachelor of engineering or history. And relevant certifications in heritage conservation and its principles. * 7 years' experience in heritage field
