Job Description

We are looking for physically fit and hardworking individuals to join our team as Load/Unload Helpers. As an integral part of our logistics and warehouse operations, you will be responsible for assisting in loading and unloading goods, ensuring timely and efficient handling of shipments.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, materials, or packages from trucks, containers, or delivery vehicles.
Follow safety protocols and lifting techniques to handle items safely and prevent damage.
Help in sorting, stacking, and organizing items in the warehouse or designated storage areas.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and efficient handling of shipments.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate smooth operations.
Adhere to company policies and procedures for handling and transporting goods.
Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy objects or packages safely and efficiently.
Physical stamina and endurance to perform manual labor tasks repetitively.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate varying schedules or shifts.
