The Production Helper will assist in the day-to-day operations of the production area, supporting machine operators, packing staff, and quality controllers to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. The role involves physical tasks such as material handling, cleaning, and performing simple operational duties as directed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist machine operators and production staff with routine tasks.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
Keep the production area clean and organized.
Support in packing, labeling, and stacking products.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Help monitor inventory of materials and report shortages.
Perform basic quality checks under supervision.
Dispose of waste materials appropriately.
Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior experience in a factory or production environment is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to lift up .
Willing to work in shifts and/or overtime if required.
Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
