Key Responsibilities:
Unload, organize, and restock merchandise on shelves.
Ensure products are displayed neatly and rotated based on expiry dates.
Help customers find products and answer their queries if needed.
Assist with packing groceries and carrying heavy bags if needed.
Keep shelves and common areas clean and organized.
Ensure shopping carts and baskets are properly arranged.
Assist in unloading and moving stock from delivery trucks to storage.
Check product quality and report damaged goods.
Assist cashiers and other staff as needed.
Help maintain a smooth workflow during busy hours.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
No prior experience required, but experience in retail or supermarket work is a plus.
Basic communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
Team player with a positive work ethic.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
