Key Responsibilities:
Assist masons with mixing mortar, carrying bricks, cement, and other materials
Prepare construction sites by cleaning and removing debris
Load and unload construction materials
Help in setting up scaffolding and other temporary structures
Support in bricklaying, tiling, plastering, and block work as instructed
Clean tools and equipment after use
Follow all safety guidelines and instructions on-site
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction or masonry work preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Basic understanding of site safety practices
