Job Description

:

Key Responsibilities * Ensure all walk in customers are greeted and offered necessary refreshments.

Ensure the facility / vehicles on display / customer lounge / desks/ display areas etc. are kept clean and monitored continuously.
Assist in physical car inventory and perform duties assigned by sales coordinators.
To portray a professional image to customers through courteous service in line with GAL standards.
Work as a team with all associates of GAL to achieve collective objectives.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Monitoring the external cleaners.
Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees.
Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
