Key Responsibilities:
Assist in loading and unloading building materials.
Organize and stock products on shelves and in storage areas.
Help customers find the right products and provide basic product information.
Support the sales team in handling customer queries and processing orders.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the shop and storage area.
Assist in inventory checks and restocking.
Ensure proper handling and care of materials to avoid damage.
Perform other general duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum education: Matric or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales or warehouse/helper roles preferred (not mandatory).
Basic understanding of building materials is a plus.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to shop procedures.
