We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist with various tasks to support the operations of our team. The Helper will perform manual labor, follow instructions, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Assist skilled workers or supervisors in their daily tasks.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Clean and prepare work sites, tools, and machinery.
Follow instructions from supervisors or senior staff.
Perform basic repairs or maintenance as needed.
Handle supplies and materials efficiently to reduce waste.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Report any hazards, damages, or equipment issues to supervisors.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
Strong work ethic and attention to safety.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Working Conditions:
May be required to work outdoors or in noisy, dusty environments.
Must be able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
May involve early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts, depending on the industry.
