We are looking for a Computer Shop Personnel to join our team in sharjah. The ideal candidate will manage daily shop operations, assist customers, and provide basic technical support for computer-related concerns. This role requires excellent customer service, basic technical knowledge, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in using shop services, such as computer rentals, printing, and scanning.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot minor computer hardware or software issues.
Manage and monitor computer units to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of computer stations and shop premises.
Assist customers with inquiries about shop services, including internet browsing, typing, and gaming.
Perform basic maintenance, such as updating software or cleaning equipment.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
