Position Overview
GMG is hiring a reliable and hardworking Helper to join its Everyday Goods division in Dubai. The role supports the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) distribution channel by assisting with pre-sales activities, loading, unloading, and organizing goods for delivery. Reporting to the Sales Executive, the Helper ensures that all GMG products are accurately handled, properly maintained, and efficiently dispatched to clients, supporting smooth logistics operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading goods to ensure accurate delivery to HORECA clients.
• Handle and organize products carefully to prevent damage during transport and delivery.
• Work closely with drivers and sales staff to verify correct quantities for each order.
• Conduct inventory checks before and after loading to ensure accuracy.
• Notify supervisors about low stock levels and help with restocking and warehouse organization.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized loading and unloading areas.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of handling tools such as pallets, trolleys, and carts.
• Support the delivery process by verifying product counts and assisting with documentation.
• Report any loading, delivery, or stock discrepancies to the Sales Executive.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery support roles preferred.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift, move, and handle goods safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic English communication skills (reading and writing).
• Team-oriented attitude with commitment to safety and punctuality.
