Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Helper to support our technical team in various fit-out, maintenance, and renovation projects. The role involves assisting skilled workers, preparing job sites, and ensuring smooth and safe workflow in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist technicians, electricians, plumbers, and carpenters in day-to-day tasks. Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at the site. Help with basic installation and repair work under supervision. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area. Perform material handling, mixing, cutting, or lifting as required. Support in dismantling, cleaning, and preparation before and after renovation activities. Follow all company safety rules and supervisor instructions. Report any unsafe conditions or tool/material shortages promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:



High school education or equivalent preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or fit-out work (preferred). Knowledge of basic tools and worksite practices. Physically fit and willing to perform labor-intensive tasks. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

Working Conditions:



Work is primarily on-site (indoor/outdoor project locations). May require overtime, weekends, or shift work based on project schedules.
