We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Helper to support our team on various construction projects. The successful candidate will assist skilled workers, maintain a clean and safe job site, and handle general labor tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Assist masons, carpenters, welders, and other skilled tradespeople with materials and tools.
Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
Prepare, clean, and maintain work areas.
Mix cement, mortar, or other construction compounds.
Erect or dismantle temporary structures (scaffolding, barricades, etc.) under supervision.
Follow safety rules and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform other general labor tasks as needed to ensure smooth site operations.
Requirements
Prior experience in construction or similar labor work preferred but not required.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
