The Helper is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with loading and unloading goods, and carrying out tasks as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace (kitchen, storage, and common areas).
Assist in loading and unloading goods, materials, and deliveries.
Organize and arrange items in proper storage areas.
Provide support to staff and managers in daily tasks as required.
Follow safety, hygiene, and company standards while performing duties.
Report any issues, damages, or shortages to the Manager.
Carry out additional tasks or duties assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.
Requirements
Basic communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Physically fit to handle manual tasks like lifting, loading, and unloading.
Prior experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
