We are looking for reliable and hardworking Helpers to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist skilled workers in various tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. If you are a team player, eager to learn, and willing to take on different roles, we would love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist skilled workers, such as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, or masons, with various tasks. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing them as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders to complete tasks. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely. Assist in the setup and breakdown of workstations and equipment. Carry and transport materials to different locations on the job site. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep tools and equipment in good condition. Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Support the team in any other tasks required to ensure project success.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or a similar role is a plus but not required. Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. Ability to work well in a team environment. Awareness of workplace safety practices and the ability to follow them.
