Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist our technicians in the
installation, maintenance, and repair
ofbollards, gate barriers, and road blockers
. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of tools and a willingness to work on-site under various conditions. Experience in assisting with electro-mechanical installations is an advantage.Key Responsibilities:
Assist technicians in carrying, lifting, and setting up equipment and tools at job sites. Support in wiring, digging trenches for cables, and basic mechanical assembly under supervision.. Fetch and organize tools, parts, and materials required for installation or maintenance. Follow instructions from the technician or supervisor to perform assigned tasks. Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times during on-site work. Load and unload materials from vehicles. Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work area.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school education or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in construction or technical field. Basic understanding of hand tools and safety procedures. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments. Willing to learn technical skills on the job. Ability to work as part of a team and take direction. UAE experience and knowledge of local job site practices (preferred).
