1. Assist mechanics in removing, cleaning, and reassembling various machinery units if required.
2. Handle parts cleaning using approved solvents, tools, and equipment.
3. Transport engine components between workstations safely and efficiently.
4. Organize tools, parts, and work areas to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
5. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines during all tasks.
6. Support the team in lifting, positioning, and aligning heavy components using hoists and lifts.
7. Help maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience
in an engine rebuild or mechanical workshop preferred.
Basic knowledge of engine components is a plus.
Ability to read and write English.
Familiarity with workshop tools and machinery.
Key Responsibilities - Helper Turbo Rebuild
1. Assist in the disassembly and reassembly of turbochargers under the direction of senior technicians.
2. Clean and prepare turbocharger components using appropriate tools and equipment (e.g., ultrasonic cleaners, sandblasters, solvents).
3. Ensure parts are properly organized, tagged, and stored throughout the rebuild process.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards and procedures.
5. Transport parts and components between cleaning, inspection, machining, and assembly areas.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on mechanical or turbo rebuilding experience preferred.
Ability to read and write English
