to support our skilled trades on active job sites.Position Summary:
As a Construction Helper, you'll assist skilled workers such as carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and masons on job sites. This is a great opportunity to start a career in the construction industry and learn valuable skills while working on real projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Set up and clean work areas and job sites Assist tradespeople with tasks as directed Operate basic hand and power tools Follow all company safety procedures and wear proper PPE Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and carrying
Requirements:
No experience necessary - we're willing to train the right person Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Must be dependable and show up on time Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
